Hanan, finished her masters at the University of Waterloo, and works as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo, School of Resources and Environmental Studies. A modern Muslim lady with a traditional twist. A mother of two, a dynamic woman, who moves swiftly to reach higher grounds. A Canadian non-profit organization aiming to promote the best interest of the Canadian Muslim women and their families' rights within the Canadian society, provide a real “voice” for Muslim women in a time of change, promote interest in education, research, sports and recreation, social development, Islamic spiritual advancement and moral values, sponsor literary, art and other educational and cultural events, festivals, and conventions for the promotion of Islam and Muslims.
